12:00 The buffet opens. Grab a plate and fill up your plate with the wide selection of dishes.

12:00 PM - 8:00 PM As a part of the buffet, order in a dosa to your table as a part of the buffet.

7:00 PM Last seating for the experience.

8:00 PM Buffet closes marking the end of service
